Shipping & Processing 📦
Every item in my shop is handmade by me, so please allow a little time for your order to be made with care before it ships.
Ready-made items (scrunchies, market bags, pouches, etc.): Processing time is 1–3 business days before your order ships.
Made-to-order items (Star Blankets and select pieces): These are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before shipping. The wait is worth it, I promise! ⭐
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Exchanges 🔄
Because every piece is handmade to order, I'm unable to offer refunds. However, I do accept exchanges on eligible items.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
You must reach out within 7 days of receiving your order
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale
To start an exchange, email me at creationsbybree3@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. I'll do my best to make it right! 💙
